SHIPPING POLICY
MYDIORA courier our products once the order and payment is confirmed. Mydiora use third party shipping services to ship the items across India. Delays are to be expected in case of contingency.
For INTERNATIONAL buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. All Delivery time depend up on in courier service
For DOMESTIC buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
MYDIORA Online is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1to 3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
If the product package is damaged, please do not accept it.instead, initiate a return
Tracking and Shipment based complaints raised after 30 days from the date of product dispatch will not be taken into consideration

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
MYDIORA ONLINE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Place order only after reading Product description
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 Hrs of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
MYDIORA ONLINE does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team with Receiving time Photo or video. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 Hrs of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must give to the notice of our customer service within 24 Hrs of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by the MYDIORA ONLINE, it’ll take 1-7 working days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Orders are shipped within 15-30 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
